revival's History

The band was originally formed as part of the Rock Academy. Under the leadership of Brad Gendics “The Rock Academy” is located at Ron Zehel Guitar Center in Avon Lake. The rehearsal room has everything needed for a professional well run band practice. They provide the amps, drums, P.A. system, mics, keyboard, and anything else needed for a smooth easy rehearsal. Students are placed in bands based on age, genre of music, and skill level. Students are more than welcome to request to play in bands with their friends and come up with their own band name.

Revival took the learnings to heart, put in hours rehearsing and then began "paying their dues" playing everywhere and anywhere including The High School Rock Off at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame where they were finalists to local Jam Nights and charity events.

The band continues to work as hard today as when they started playing gigs throughout the Lake Erie islands and greater Cleveland throughout the summer.
